The Intel® RealSense™ 3D Camera*do track the hand motions. It can be used to scan fingerprint but I'm sure not for iris. Windows 10 Hello can only be activate via hand motions or fingerprint.

I believe Windows Hello also recognize face detection.

For some older folks they may not be IT savy so they can't use the Intel RealSense Camera to the full potential. This is for younger folks.
Quite true that games like Candy Crush can make full use of Intel RealSense Technology.

The realsense software should be make as simple as possible to be successful. It can be always on and sensing the presence and auto activated when you launched a compatible game .

With Microsoft paring down support for kinnect after its poor reception in xbox1, Dell and Intel can work together with Microsoft to make realsense a direct xinput standard and open the technology to everyone, we can get Logitech and Asus to sell realsense peripherals.

At present the technology is infancy, but with wider adoption of motion sensing, vr and hologram, 10 years later, we can have Tony Starks interface and wonder how did we live through the keyboard and mouse years

I don't think so. Gesture in the air is easier to teach them than hands on peripherals.

Intel realsense isn't a collaboration between them and Dell. I believe Intel wants to make them proprietary and earn royalties from devices manufactured by others. Intel doesn't like to be open...

Didn't know we can't upgrade or replace some parts of the Dell Inspiron 24 7000. Thought Dell is very flexible when it comes to choosing configuration.

ya i also thought dell can pick and choose catered to your specifications. at least they allow it for their laptops.

Need hwz to do a video to showcase the accuracy lol

Or else we have to play with the Dell and Intel 3D RealSense Camera with Intel® RealSense™ technology at Harvey Norman

If can detect finer details or complicated stuffs would be best

Yes, hopefully HWZ and Dell can showcase the 3D scanning features or maybe the depth function of the Intel RealSense technology 3d camera to take photo

i prefer to see independent reviews of such products
