Oh Ya!

Somebody did mention about Lollipop update by the end of February.

So, 2 more days to go. Let's hope it is true!

Bros,
Recently, I rooted my GP2 (but didn't flash any custom ROM) - stuck to the stock Android 4.4.

I understand that when Lollipop OTA is available, I won't be able to update it due to this.

Any good soul can guide me how to undo the "sin" and make my GP2 OTA-ready for Lollipop?

Many thanks in advance!

If it only happens while using Facebook, then :

Clear cache, clear data of FB app to see how it goes. :)

May be your Facebook notification module screwed.

Currently there seems to be no match coming from
the competitors in terms of specs and value of money
in the huge screen arena....e.g. the Nexus 6

Having the latest version of Android like "Lipop" isn't
an issue. Keep proud of what you have -
the excellent and charming Pro 2. :)

Yes. You are damn right.

Not sure if that Ascend Mate 7 can match the Pro 2 at the moment? I have never tried it.

The Pro 2 is still much better than the Ascend Mate 7
in terms of weight. Pro 2 is only 172g vs 185g while
its camera is capable of low light photography, not to
forget the Knock system and no switches on the side
of the phone. More reasons to vote it as the King of
the phablets.

Still the best value for money in its class (size/resolution/expandable memory/removable battery) imo

No doubt about that, bro!

Pro 2 is the longest phone I have ever hold. 11 long months, and yet there is still no replacement for its superiority.

I even recontracted a Note 4 but sold it to keep using my Pro 2!
