Seems like many g3 users have bad experience with lollipop...
Maybe it is a good thing g pro 2 doesnt have lollipop yet!

Had issues as well n battery drain when i upgraded old samsung s4 to newer android.

I'll not be updating my gpro2 to lollipop unless I know that not all gpro2 kk customized features will be lost. Comparing with lollipop on my nexus 6 I loose certain features that I rather retain use of in the gpro2.

For eg...

The silent, vibrate and aircraft mode with pressing the power button is gone in lollipop... Not to mention Power off and Restart... Love this feature

Notification lights... Lollipop doesn't seem to support unless rooted.

Multi tasking window Qslide, no mention how it'll be used in lollipop.

Clear all or Task manager button... Not seen in lollipop.

Ability to have a different locked screen and home screen wallpaper.

Gallery app is now replaced with photos.... Not as user friendly.


Remains to be see how these differences will be sorted out, so advise those inclined to update to be aware of the changes. :)

No LL lah. Can don't upgrade mah. GPro2 on KK is very stable.

But....sometime backside itchy.....:D

At the moment after more than six months since launching nothing from the competitors come close
in the same category of a 5.9inch, 3GB Ram and its stability in Pro 2 Kit Kat.

So don't be backside itchy, else you have to face the consequences. Be patient, I am sure LG won't disappoint
smart owners of the elegant and efficient Pro 2.

AM7 (157.9 x 81.9 x 8.3 mm) has slightly smaller dimensions compared to GP2 (157 x 81 x 7.9 mm)
Too bad AM7 doesn't have removable battery, OIS camera, slimport and AC wifi support
