For your info, right after upgrade and factory reset, i did not install much stuff.
Battery usage is only showing the screen as taking much resources. Well, with my kitkat even with many apps, battery is much better than what Im facing now with lollipop.

It is good you did not have so many apps that will eat up
the battery in no time. I went through my apps and force
stop those that were not in use often.

Important thing to do to save your battery is to off the
GPS (location), Wi Fi, BlueTooth, NFC, Airplane etc.
Turn it on only when you need to use them.

I did not install any battery saving app,
because it does not do the job it is supposed to do.

Next I also have cache cleaners to do the task every hour
and often restart the phone whenever I felt it running slow.

As Kelvinti puts it:

"It doesn't make much sense but may be the battery
module part of the OS itself needs some time to
collaborate correctly with the actual reading from
the physical battery!

That probably explains why?"

That's something beyond my comprehension as I am also
a newbie trying to learn how to use the Android phone.
The brothers here were be glad to help you if you still have
any more questions. We want to be a friendly and helpful
LG user community.

We are expecting the LG family to grow.
This new cousin will be gladly received by all the flagship
customers because it is one step above the "G" series.
It is in line with the "Pro" series which are meant to fight
competitively with the other camps.

Without much ado, news of the detail specs will be in by end
of August I hope. It hopefully will incorporate a powerful
processor with powerful battery and minimum 4GB Ram.
The good news is that the front camera will surprise every
one - will be more than 20 megapixel. Best is to have
at least 1" sensor. Maybe in the future lineup of LG
flagship Pro series in 2016.

First time since Lollipop.

My battery was at 67%.

So, started charging, but then, the % kept dropping from 67% instead of increasing.

It was dropped to 40% while charging. Strange!

Solution. Power off your phone. Take out the battery and then insert it back. Power on and recharge.

You should see your battery charging goes back to normal and the % increases as it is supposed to be.

Hope this helps if you ever encountered this battery % dropping issue while charging.

You will never let go of the GPro2 :)

After using the Pro 2 for a year, nobody would come and
tell me to get rid of the phone. It is one of the best and
efficient phablet today. Just learn the little tricks to handle
it efficiently by following this thread.

I would restart and as Kelvinti said, remove the battery and
put it back again, then everything back to normal and smooth
sailing. There are many looking for Pro 2 but difficult to get,
Why? :s22::s13:

Since 2010, Pro 2 is the phone that I have ever held for the longest time ever, 1 year and 3 months lor.

Simply can't let go.

Yes me too. I bought G3 and then let go. I bought G4 and then also let go. I simply love the sleek design and big screen to bezel ratio. OS is super smooth with kitkat and screen has brilliant white colour.

Haha. I still haven click download for the lollipop.

No wonder as I somehow seems to know why you delay....
Why hide from the light of progress?

Shine dear one, do not be afraid to join the rest to
stand out in the expression of the latest upgrade
the Lollipop.

Look like history does not need to repeat that when you
lie in fear you are not embracing change.

I thought you already enjoying the upgrade.

There are still those who felt they cannot put inside their
pocket and all sort of other excuses.

Imagine I was carrying the Motorola tie kor tie in the 70s
and by putting on the table when you are inside a coffee
shop to show your status. I never would say it is too big!

Pro 2 is a rare gem indeed but yet to be discovered by
the hundreds of other users of the mobile devices.

If our pro 2 can last for 2 years before it starts to develop problem as most harswares do, that's good enough.

Sooner or later, we have to leave the Pro 2 behind and nove to a new phone. Sad..
