For your info, right after upgrade and factory reset, i did not install much stuff.
Battery usage is only showing the screen as taking much resources. Well, with my kitkat even with many apps, battery is much better than what Im facing now with lollipop.
It is good you did not have so many apps that will eat up
the battery in no time. I went through my apps and force
stop those that were not in use often.
Important thing to do to save your battery is to off the
GPS (location), Wi Fi, BlueTooth, NFC, Airplane etc.
Turn it on only when you need to use them.
I did not install any battery saving app,
because it does not do the job it is supposed to do.
Next I also have cache cleaners to do the task every hour
and often restart the phone whenever I felt it running slow.
As Kelvinti puts it:
"It doesn't make much sense but may be the battery
module part of the OS itself needs some time to
collaborate correctly with the actual reading from
the physical battery!
That probably explains why?"
That's something beyond my comprehension as I am also
a newbie trying to learn how to use the Android phone.
The brothers here were be glad to help you if you still have
any more questions. We want to be a friendly and helpful
