my pro2 start giving prob

when use 4g,after sometimes connection cut off n need to restart to use back internet.

keep showing some services stop, example clock google playstore etc etc

someitmes blank screen

zzz going 2 year soon...:(

When did the problems started and what have you done
so far trying to find a remedy and still to no avail?

Perhaps other brothers may have encounter the same
problems as yours and could be kind enough to give you
some help to find a solution. :)

I have not come across this since using the phone from
June 2014.

Aft my recent prob n doing some reading, quite a few recommended doing a factory reset aft using for some time. Though it not necessarily solves a particular prob, it does eliminate any other prob that can b connected to the software of the phone.

Ahaa... you haven't gone through #6020 about the latest
update on Pro 2.

You are wise to remain where you are and for all of us
using 5.01 we could not go backward to Kitkat anymore, can we?

Maybe Android MM will come in to your delight if you
want to go for G5 or the current G4. ;)

Either g5 if it is nice or s7 edge.

These two devices will be something that can claim to
be the power house in 2016.

It looks like LG is confident to be the winner because of their
past records in producing innovative ideas in the V10 and the G4,
and continue to have the valuable removable battery feature.

There is no news whether the s7 or the s7 edge will be having
this removable battery feature, but for sure they will have
a larger capacity for the battery.

More exciting news about the challenge that is now going on.

Is your original battery still in good condition?
About a month ago, the first original battery that came
with the phone went bloasted (got fat in the centre and cannot
be inserted into the phone).

So everytime I got some hiccup with any apps,
I would uninstall them and then restart the phone.

Everything back to normal again.

Maybe you can try the same procedure, and if it works
then reinstall the apps again and monitor the phone's
performance.

For your info, I also have problems with weather apps,
so I uninstall them after trying out a few. I do not know
about other brothers if they encounter similar issue.

Don't keep the spare batteries unused else they will spoil fast.

I cycle between 3 batteries every 2 weeks. :)

Well, they may have a reason to delay the release of
the Pro 3 as part of their effort to get customers to stay firmly
on the Pro series. Marketing and strategy thinky...

It could be an upgrade for Pro 2 either by late 2016 or early 2017.

Thanks!

It is just on top of the sim card slot, better to get a reliable
one instead of the cheap cheap type because of fake ones
from popular brand.

So far the brothers here find that using the local made
Strontium Micro SDXC (Nitro 85MB/s 566X) Class 10 quite
reliable.

I got the 64GB, for now the price should have
dropped below fifty bucks, check the price with few of
the dealers before buying. Enjoy more storage as you can
transfer some apps to the external storage.

Looks things are moving fast, so one wrong move,
the LG Pro series will be down the drain if it cannot match
the next upgrade of Note 5.

It is early to know that Note 6 will be powerful with lots of
Ram and even an increase in size in their screen to 5.8"

So if LG Pro 3 cannot match these features, what is going
to happen is going to be unhealthy. Now it is a bit of thinking
and change to be made and implemented accordingly.

Lets hope LG don't get themselves caught with the Pro 3,
as the current V10 has lots of approval from consumers.

Anyway, aren't we expecting the arrival of Android 6.0 soon on our Pro 2? :(

Both the LG G3 and LG G4 had gotten it before CNY wor! :s22:

LG knows better if the MMellow 6.0 Android is suitable for
Pro 2 fluid functionality. I am happy with the current setup
of Lollipop.

Hopefully by the time Pro 3 is ready to be released, Android 6.0
would have found its hay day sorting out its early friction.

Also LG got to find out whether there will be any issue with
the new design battery to work with 820 SD along with MM.:s11:
