Can. you just need to copy all the backed up files to the new phone in the same directory that whatsapp is installed. then it will ask you if you want to restore or not.
Then just say OK and it will restore for you.
but sometimes it won't be the latest of the latest messages... maybe 1 day late sometimes because of the auto back up

Any bro here already using the phone? I'm quite keen to get the phone as I love the display and features . Only thing holding me back are some burning qns about the camera.

1) How are the lowlight shots without flash? I have Xperia Z2 and its a really good performer in low light - wonder how G3 will fare against it.

2) How good is the camera is capturing moving subjects? Is it prone to blur? Have to say the Z2 does a pretty good job at 'freezing the frame' so moving objects don't have ghosting or blur effect

I have tested low light shots, not bad. Have yet to test moving subjects tho. Not really a camera guy, cant comment much

Just a side question.

Anyone got experience using Oppo Find 7 since the specifications are almost similar to LG G3?

Based on the F7a vs the new demo sets at comcentre, I'd say colorOS is still faster at 2.3GHz compared to LG at 2.5Ghz.

1) Low light shots not bad. The laser focus does help in the focusing of objects in lower light. Though I noticed (the laser focus) it only works around the centre area of the camera, in my short time of testing thus far. But on a side note, the camera is definitely faster than what I seen before (including the s5).

2) For moving subjects, it is possible to get clear shots. But largely depends on the lighting conditions because the camera tends to reduce shutter speed due to the OIS mechanism.

I think Skyy is referring to the latency?

ya that's right, as in the snappiness of the UI, like how fast the Settings page appears after I click it. I've set both phones to zero animations and transitions so it's a fair comparison.
