Hi all, my G3 has been updated to android version 5.0. May I ask how do I do a screenshot? In the past I would hold on the home button and there is a Quick Memo launch. But now the option is gone. I tried pressing the power button and volume down button but nothing happens.

No problem with vol & power button

If u still want to go the quick memo way, can either activate it through the notification panel or home touch buttons...

Anyone knows, if I update to Lollipop, and regretted it, can i DIY to downgrade back to Kitkat, using the same way downgrade from Kitkat back to Jellybean?

I have the Kitkat firmware file to downgrade... so just like to check the possibility of DIY.

Did you do a factory reset ? Battery life was alright for me , especially after a few charge. I feel the phone is slightly faster than before on KK also

No I didn't do reset. I noticed battery life seems to have got better, but nowhere near as good as on kit-kat.

Will factory reset improve battery life to kit-kat levels and solve the slow charging problem? I don't really want to go through the hassle of reinstalling my apps and backing up my whatsapp etc for nothing.

On a side note, I noticed that on Lollipop, playing music through bluetooth headphones keeps stuttering. On previous firmware it was ok. Any other user face this problem?

using bluetooth headphones as well (plantronics) no stuttering issue.

Anyone facing random reboot issues? My phone just freeezes randomly and then suddenly shuts off by itself. Pressing the power button cant turn it on till it turns on itself. Happened even when screen is turned off. Thinking of bringing to the service center, but not sure if LG will take in for repair or just simply downgrade it back to kitcat. I suspect that it's hardware issue though. Using AndroidNow 8.4 custom rom.

Hi, can share the Kitkat firmware file to downgrade? Have you done it? Is it easy? Really can't stand the bad battery life and lagness on Lollipop

Since offical lolipop update I think it happened once. Downgraded to kitcat to flash androidnow 8.0 at first, happen quite a few times after which then dirty flashed to 8.4. Now back to stock kitcat v10e to see if it happens again.
