All phones of last and this year has lousy battery life, not only g4.

I agree. think lollipop is the issue here. other phones updated from kit kat to lollipop also don't last as long anymore.

For some reason the Japanese title songs in my phone all appear as weird symbols in the music player, anyway to fix this?

I can see the Japanese characters in the stock music app. What player are you using?

I don't see the point of paying extra for the leather back then covering it up with a case.
Why not just get the normal plastic back then?

I will bite. Its the same logic as buying a fruity metallic phone and covering it up with a case.

Anyone has issue with the dialler? For instance of u were to make a call to the bank, hence most of the time, what I did was to use speaker mode, n enable the touch number pad.. After keying in the necessary options to get to the customer service, during the waiting period before the customer service answered, do u all hear the "touch tone" sound, as though some keys is being pressed by itself?

Edit: have yet to try mp3tag, but the songs appeared correctly on my old phone though

Anybody have this issue with the stock music app and other music apps? My recently added playlist is adding new songs to the bottom of the playlist. It adds correctly to the top when it is initially added but after a reboot, the new song goes to the bottom of the list.

Anybody else experiencing this dumb issue?

Just some friendly advice. Don't get the iMak cover for your G4 if you are swapping batteries often. The cover cracks at the edges upon frequent removing and putting it back on when u swapped your batteries. ^^

I think this Chipero phone is problematic. How can it be so hot during charging that it burn the hand. I am using too a quick charger n mostly recorded 38-39 degree C only!! It is just warm definitely not so hot
And battery life is comparable to my ex Note4, Nexus6 n current S6 edge - happy with it. Easily 5-6 hours SOT on 80+% on internet based stuffs. Operating temperature 33 to 36 degree C. I consider ok . Sorry cannot comment on gaming as I don't play games on phones

It doesn't burn the hand lah ... I got say burn the hand meh ? Where ?

Problematic or not .. see how loh .. might just change to S6 Note or Note 5 ^^

Just want to share my experience of having a REMOVABLE BATT is truly a life saver, esp when you are on vacation with family.

I subscribed to dataroam and share hotspot to all my family when travelling. My batt normally will die within 8 hrs without using much but supporting 4 other devices for their data usage.

With REMOVABLE BATT, I can swap out my batt and immediately has 100% juice. While I continue to use my batt bank to charge the used batt and ready for next change.
