I dont have a G4 though. But if it's similar to the G3, you can check it on the label on the box.

Same here, m1 set with no update beyond 10e. Anyway to force it?

I got a call from LG Service Centre informing me my phone is ready for collection. Around 6pm plus.

Closed and still called? Yet cant collect after 6pm...

My G4 Dual Sim was not able to rotate the screen. Accelerometer sensor got "stuck".

To get out of this harrowing experience, check the auto-rotate box under display tab, open the camera app and knock the phone rather hard on the edges.

Miraculously, the auto-rotate function went back to normal.

I believe that majority of forumers whose G4s are affected have G4s with serial numbers starting with 505.

I updated to V20b last night

Instead of V20a-SEA-xx or V10e-SEA-xx

it seems that V20b changed that to V20b-OPT2-HQ
