I just tried it at clifford centre singtel shop, really dun have the premium feel comparing to g4 or v10. Sibei sad.

This coming Saturday (16th April 2016), the LG G5 will be available for purchase at S$988 at all M1, Singtel, StarHub and authorized LG Mobile retailers. LG will be giving an extra G5 battery and charger (worth S$168) as a special promotion, while stocks last.

The LG G5’s modular attachments and LG Friends companion devices will also be a part of the launch. The LG CAM Plus camera grip module will retail at a special price of S$98 (originally S$158) when you purchase it with the LG G5.

Likewise, the LG Hi-Fi Plus with B&O Play will be available through a purchase-with-purchase (PWP). The audio DAC and amplifier add-on will go for S$198 (originally S$298) if you buy it with its accompanying smartphone.

Here are the other PWP prices for the other LG G5’s companion devices:

LG 360 VR: S$298 (originally S$398) – available May 2016
LG 360 CAM: S$298 (originally S$398) – available May 2016
LG Rolling Bot: TBA

Once again, the lowered prices are only available if you purchase the LG G5 along with them.

So I wonder if I buy LG G5 at a cheaper price(like at RWM) and buy LG CAM Plus separately at $158. Is it worth it?

Went to ask MobileHardware for a quote on the G5. They told me they were selling at $850, stock arriving on Friday afternoon at the earliest.

Looks like a no buy. Have to look elsewhere for Android phones. Bold move by LG, but it went wrong.

If only V10 was smaller and has SD820...

Oh! Does it come with charging cradle and spare battery?

Or phone set only?

Anyone knows if there's any kind of casing for lg g5 that allows easy swopping of the modules without taking out the casing/cover?

Can't really seem to find when I try to google.
