Unless Samsung bua stunt with Teleco i don't think is gonna be cheaper or about the same price as G6 IMO

The pricing, Quad DAC and the things I actually need in a phone instead of gimmicks that I dont need. I dont need bixby or Dex which are some of the major selling pt of s8.

I am looking forward to receive my other S8+ and would post my comparison with this LG G6
Loving this G6 so far except I do find its speaker volume average only say vs V20. I always had to maximize it to have a decent output.
Battery life is better than V10 (4+), V20 (5+) with 6-7 hours SOT on mainly internet stuffs with no gaming. Phone operating temperature is generally cooler too

Lower price, wide angle lens, quadDAC, FM radio, less awkward fingerprint sensor, better built and flat screen.

S8 may be more value for money as it is more future proof but G6 suits my needs more.

I find the sound quality similar to v20 which is very good. But the volume level seems lower.

Funny thing is G5 and V20 have the option to download the home and app drawer launcher but not G6 from the home selection menu. Unless you guys wanna search for the apk to install. Which I think it's not user friendly at all.

Tried both demo sets. Dont like the feel of S8. Damn slippery.

The curve screen is pure gimmick and make the phone more fragile. The S8 drop test result sux so getting the concierge ($38) is a must for the free screen replacement.

I am also more familiar with lg phone, coming from G3.

It's either a bug or they figured the SEA continent consumers do not prefer an app drawer.
