Whatsapp message quite heavy, a few calls of say ave 10min, then access other apps like emails, web browsing, etc. I would say not lightly use... So for p9plus, end of the day still left 20 to 30% but for this G6, I need to charge say by 6pm. So battery wise base on same usage, p9plus is better. But I believe maybe the G6 is not optimized. I read at the XDA forum, they actually turn off the quick memo which I did. And I see it does helps. And today I will turn off the always on display to see if it helps.

Hmm seems like our usage quite similar, could it be the connection you have not stable? Cos this is actually my second set, both my first and second perform similarly. Could it be some background apps?

Thanks bro for sharing. Really quite powerful, 11+hrs and have 60% remaining without charging.

This guy has got me leaning towards this phone a lot right now. 7hrs SOT. That is pretty crazy.

But then again I've seen a lot of threads on reddit with people having cracked glass on their cameras but I haven't heard anyone here getting that issue yet. Is it a problem with the US/EU sets?

No problem bro, hope that everyone likewise share their usage here. 7h SOT is possible maybe with a mixture of WiFi in the usage as well? I had 3h+ SOT last night with 50% left so it's quite possible i would say.

Hmm cracked glass due to mishandling or just cracked on its own? I recalled that the nexus 6p have issue with auto cracked glass as well.

I installed the LG App Drawer and the Square Cam app goes missing.
When I disable the App Drawer, the Square Cam app appears again.

With the LG App Drawer enabled, I couldn't find the Square Cam app anywhere.

Bug? Anyone had the same issue?

On my set it's also the same thing, i realised it on day one, but it didn't affect me cos i don't use it

Yes it's like that. Plus the swipe down to use Google Assistant search in app also missing. Don't think is a bug.
