Dual sim yes, DAC yes, wireless charging no (already asked and answered, please search before asking question next time).

I am not sure why you had the impression the CS is bad/service centre is terrible. I wouldn't say they are terrible/bad, just too many devices to fix and lack of manpower to go through them, hence quite slow.

E.g., I dropped my G6 at SC yesterday morning. I just went there this morning, but nothing was done yet, so asked them to return my device, since my seller has agreed to exchange 1-1 (just called me 6pm ytd).

Slow maybe, but bad, I don't think so. the CS was polite for my case.

Thanks bro, noted on the search part. :)

One more thing, does G6 come with UFS2.0/2.1 for their storage? Tried to search this thread but couldn't find the answer.

Wat u mean by enlarge?pinch to zoom? I tot every phone work the same?when u zoom in, have to scroll left or right?

Sent from LGG6 using GAGT

My friend Mi Note can auto adjust the bigger text to be within the enlarge web page, so that you do not need to scroll left or right to read the missing text. Is this due to Mi is using their own web browser?

You should have asked for a loan unit. the previous times i were there from multiple fault on my g4 at the beginning the cso told me no loan units(i was thinking what bs) but after going there so many times within the 1year warranty until i start to "bang table", he knows that they have to prioritize my unit, he said he could get me a loan unit (don't expect flagship btw) when i asked for one.
As for one-for-one..... i really doubt anyone has done that before from LG. Since yours is less than a week old, have you tried bringing up to the telco? I believe there's an exchange policy.

Have to second this, especially about the CS standards. Went once before for my G4 and the service was quick and fast and the staff polite and helpful. Not sure where this rumour about bad service centre experience is coming from.

asking for a loan unit wasn't in my mind at that point of time cause I thought such repair will be at most 3days? I guess if several times I would need to come down (touchwood) I will just bang table also:o

called m1 they ask me to refer to manufacturer of the phone. they also cant do anything lol.

This is why you should have kept at least one old phone for backup instead of selling off everything.

keeping 1 was at the back of my mind . now ownself regret :(

Better avoid buying LG phone. Their service center is at a weird location. Both times when I had to sent in G4 for repair, they took almost 2 weeks to fix my phone. It's a real pain in the ass if you do not have a backup phone. Horrible experience..

it depends on the luck of the timing

my own G4 bootloop took 2 weeks the first time due to December holiday period, some had to wait for motherboard restock (and mind you they may not even tell you upfront if theres going to be a delay due to this reason, they might SMS you only later on)

the second bootloop would probably have taken equally long if i had not called them up to tell them I needed to fly overseas for reservist

the only same day fixes I ever had were for the LCD and camera module

Hmmm i had a motherboard failure for my LG optimus G Pro and it was repaired in 1 day

Guess it is the timing

But overall I find LG's service ok so far, their service for other departments ok also

I actually preferred the location, plenty of carparks lots and no ERP. So far customer service experience has been fine with LG.

The only complaints about their customer service is that there are too few counters and they take many days to fix a phone. I don't find them rude though

Speaking of LG svc centre. It's located just opp my office area, so nothing to worry about. They opened at 8.30am, so I reached there at that time. No queue.

I mentioned that I dropped my G6 at the service centre ytd morning (Tue). I went back there to collect it this morning (Wed) (good thing they're slow and have not done anything to it yet). Then went to the seller office to exchange 1-1 after work (seller only called on Tue 6pm). It seems to be fine so far.
