One of the wheels on my roboking 6370 is stuck. Is a q0010 set. Anyone knows whether it can be repaired or worth getting repaired?

One of the owners here has mentioned they sent his export set (the model is 6370) to LG Service Centre and paid the spare part cost and service fee (forgot how much but it was like a small fee).

You can call LG centre and ask. I asked the same at the LG Centre before, as long as the spare parts are available and similar to the local model (which is 6270), they can repair it.

I also feel like bringing it down for servicing and replace parts since I have been using it daily for 2 years odd, bought from Qoo10.

6270 is SG retail set, while 6470 is newer than 6370 but not local set.

My roboking keeps giving the error message that "main power at the back of the roboking Is switched off, please turn the switch on" and refuses to start up or charge.

I placed it on the charging dock and it charges for like 10 secs before the messages repeated itself.

Switch is on. (Tired both on and off)

Anyone able to help??

I cant even on it now. I think battery dead. But when i put on the charging dock the error message keep repeating and its not charging

Dear all,

i wish to highlight to all of you to be careful about purchasing this brand's vaccuum cleaner robot and window cleaner robot,

i have purchased both at the above mentioned price 2 months back,

it was the most regretted purchase i have ever made, the product is defective and broke down after 2 months usage, vaccuum cleaner robot unable to be charged and doesnt go back by itself to the docking station to charge, the window cleaner fell off the window i was cleaning and there was a strong burning smell and im unable to use it anymore.

the brand also claimed to be from the US / Germany but after some research i found out it is actually an OEM brand from China,

QC and lifespan of product is very bad,

they are sold in Isetan and Takashimaya, please be warned !

infuriated customer here who bought from Isetan...

price seems to be very high, my LG roboking cost less than $400~

where to get the English update?

I think you need to keep your sensors free from dust or scratches, if not become like mine keep banging on walls and furniture.
I think Korean speaking is not a big issue. You know which button to press to start and stop and get it back to home hub will do. It takes a few minutes for you figure out and it may save you few hundreds is quite worth if language is your main concern aside from the newer version have new features which I not aware of. If those new features, you think you do not need then this will be quite a good investment.
Anyway my bot now speak English after I managed to google English voice update from some website. currently is ok. hope it does not create any issues in the future.

Recently my hombot clock went haywire. I adjust it back to current time few times but it will lose its accuracy overnight. Seems like our computer clock slowndown need to change cmos battery. Anyone know how to change this for this machine?
