tried to update 9785 firmware using lge SG (6270) & CN (6260) website versions for my Korea version 6262lvm. Followed the instructions but nothing happened leh. Is the firmware version dependent? FIles look the same..

[Solved] used another USB stick. Seems it is picky.

So what does it say? :) worth the trouble to go read this steps to translate to engrish?

Actually it depends on individual... But at least you can understand it.. But it you don't even bother to listen to the RK and don't mind the Korean voice then it doesn't matter...

To confirm confirm.. these are the steps?

english.rar (13.3 MB)
https://mega.co.nz/#!OBxX3Jja!GkwjYRdOHHuPdNjgu1Hpsmhgh199tNyMjuHmEIyEKxg

1. Extract this to a clean usb (format to fat32)
2. Turn off robot vac by switch
3. Insert USB
4. Turn on robot vac by switch
5. Press start button (lid can be open)
6. Wait. It should do luigi "here we go" and you'll see light on usb stick flash.
7. Wait for complete message.
8. Turn off robot vac by switch

The script will create a folder called SNDDATA.old on the USB stick and copy all the sound files off the robot into the folder, then copy the english sound files off the USB onto the robot vac.

Yes, these are the exact steps. The conversion happens very quickly. As i was not listening to the audio feedback, i didnt know that the process has been completed. U will still see the square moving around on the status screen.

Updating the firmware also takes place quickly. Each process takes less than a minute.

I was smiling when I heard the word "Charging" in English when it went back to the base station...

Loving this English script...

Previously I didn't know wth the RK was talking about... Now at least I do...

Anyway if anyone is buying from G Market any chance to "Tong Pang" 02 hepa filters? It's cheaper to get from Korean than locally...

How much is the hepa filter from LG Singapore? I have purchased an additional hepa filter when I bought my RK.
