I don't buy a mobile phone for the earphones, so I didn't ask. Whatever is included I won't be using anyway (and anyone serious on using the quad DAC should not be interested in the bundle headphones either).

I heard it's quite good, so I'm curious how good it is. If it's a rebranded h3, it's considered quite ok.

I just bought at amkhub m1. B&O eaphone inside the box. Free 3 back case plus 2 rings. They gave me a free powerbank.

There is already a "screen protector" for the lens in the device.
I saw it when I went to Korea. When I asked the shop manager there about these issues I heard he said not to remove the "screen protector" already posted in the device and it should be ok. It is something like tempered glass.
I see in all those clips and images with the cracks, the "screen protector" for the lens were already removed.

Does the free premium case have cover flaps for the audio jack and charging port? Or any pictures regarding the case?

Agreed - but I seriously doubt a $800 phone comes with $400 earphones...

I will let you know later on what the bundled set is... assuming someone doesn't post it here first :)
