LG missed a golden window, with Samdung Exploding Phone, best time to get some new Android users but they delay delay delay

any more news from LG FB or Customer Service ?

From past records on their flagship devices it has been
the case of "delay". Sure the management knows that
the earlier the better - for better sales.

However there are certainly reasons that LG kept the
market waiting and these reasons are not often even known
by their own marketing or sales staff.

However consumers won't want LG flagship phones to
behave the same way as the Note 7.

I agree, in the view of the recent fiasco from samdung, pple will be looking more closely on product quality. It doesnt help that LG is also a korean company and might even share parts with samsung so it pays to be extra careful

better to do it better than rush to get market share like samsung and screw up in such an epic fashion

so far initial reviews seem good but the size is a no go for me. Also it looks ugly in my opinion (looks are subjective i know)

I dont think the average consumer will care much about product quality, if and when they need to buy phone they just buy whatever is available


What's a LG customer gonna do, play safe wait 6 months and see if the V20 experiences bootloop like the G4? I think the moment its out, the 'desire' to get it will overcome the 'caution' of most consumers.

Agreed, Don uds why so many ppl so kan cheong to get the flagship phone ASAP. Plz lo all smartphone are depreciating asset will only drop in value not the other way round. Scare will oos/eol in 6 months meh? Worst is those keep rant so sad LG HTC Samsung slow my contract is up to me to jump to another brand. Eh wake up your ideal la. You 1 person can buy how many phone from that company? At most just 2 units.. The revenue they earn from you can be easily forgo la.. Plus it's your money,need to spend till so tu Lan meh?
The phone at most last 2 years then new model out, change again.. Then the tu Lan cycle repeats again. Hahaha

The problem is when recontract the line (high plan) need a phone for 2 years.. is either get the latest or old phone as you can the see list from telco is very limited...

If u save $100 a month in 1 yr u'll have $1200 which is more than enuf to get the"latest phone". You don't have to wait 2 yrs to get "the" latest phone from ur phone provider. There is no longer a "need" to wait...


Time for a change, time for a revolution.. Time to boycott blood sucking telcos with their money leeching tactics..

Where to get the korean sets usually? Online? I have a feeling that the release for v20 in SG gonna be next year similar to the v10 anyway
