Wtf after software update. Phone says fast charging but for 1 hour batt increase from 5% to 20% only?????

Restart phone. Change wall plug. Unplug battery etc still the same dafaq!

Edit: after countless retries. I saw that many had issue with fb app. So I got rid of fb update and disable it. Now estimated charging time jumped from 3hrs to 51 min. Screw u Facebook and wth LG! Why can't I uninstall fb now???

Mine's worst. Can't comment on the LG faster charger since I'm at the office using the Apple 12W iPad charger.

It doesn't charge the phone at all! It used to be fine, even though it's slow like 10-15% per hour. But now it's doesn't charge. I suspect it's because the phone is using too much power so the battery is draining faster than it can be charged.

When unplugged, indeed, the battery is draining faster than usual. It just happened to me today. Can't remember when I installed the firmware.

And the phone is also hot.

I'll try the LG fast charger at home and report back again.

Try get rid of the fb app like disable it or uninstall the latest fb update. It seemed to help me now fast charging with no issue.

If that works for you too then can confirm its the fb app that's screwing us

Guys do try out Swipe for Facebook app as FB alternative. It consumes less battery n loads feeds much faster too. It in fact looks close to Facebook app. I only use this in ALL my Androids
