At BD, their 47LM6xxx is going for $1700.
Seems to be the same model as 47LM7600 with 400mhz refresh.

Think the listed prices are not accurate... I copy a post by one of our friends here...

Listed prices are only for show. You have to ask and negotiate for a better price. Competition is tough and every tom dick harry out there are selling tvs. Its a buyer's market and retailers are desperate for your business so take advantage of it by asking for a better offer. Another thing to note is that different outlets for the same retailer might have different prices for the same item. Ask for a price match. I did this before at Harvey Norman and the sales person made a call and came back to me with a lower pricing.

Yes true. For courts the lowest they can sell is usually same throughout all outlets. For hvey Norman, the lowest varies in each outlet.

Just bought a LG 47ls4600 for my living room. TV mainly used by my parents and they dont need 3D or smart so ls4600 totally fits the bill. Bought it at BD for $929 + $30 for delivery. Kinda pissed at the delivery fee becuz another outlet i went to earlier offered me free delivery but the outlet i bought at refused to waive delivery fee. Originally i wanted to wait till IT show n see what offers there will be but in the end i think $929 is pretty good price after all the recce and research i did and i want to save my self the hassle of squeezing with the crowd at the IT show.

Gaint city at MSQ fair sell Lm6410 "42" at $999
Good buy ?

42lm6410 for $999? Go and ask at HM or BD and you can prolly get it below $900. Thats why i said in previous post Gain City prices really not competitive at all.

Is it really bad to have 100mhz for LED TV?

I saw the LM4610 and it's a really good buy considering that I do not need SMART TV since I am going attach a HTPC to it and it has 3D for 3D blu-ray movies.

do a search in this thread and u will see that there are folks who actually managed to buy this model at prices between $850-899, albeit limited time offer. But compare this to Gain City offering of $999, which in all sense is also a limited time offer since this is their promo during the electronics fair at Marina SQ this wkend, then u wld see that $999 is nothing to shout about. Also, have u tried bargaining for a better price at BD or HN? As said b4 a 1000 times previously, listed price is for show. Ask n negotiate for better price.

I called Everjoint and they stopped taking orders for LM series. They are waiting for the new series to come out at the end of the month.

So we can expect some end of season clearance at the end of this month from the big players here. I believe HN is dumping some of these LG TVs and HTS during their roadshow this weekend.

Correct, price and offer change all the time. Just check at HN today. $1099. Best offer $1049.
So currently, $999 is still the best offer as of today.

Question: have a 55 6700. Where is the audio/headphone jack? I mean the traditional socket for the audio cable? I can't find it.
