I just brought 2 weeks ago at the same price 1199 for 42lm6700, extended warranty will cost additional 280 plus 30 for delivery.

Think LM6700 series is Courts exclusive. Bought 47LM6700 at Courts Lots 1 at $1598 with the standard free Magic Controller, Wall Bracket and managed to ask for free shipping.

from my understanding, unless you ONLY watch free-to-air, you do not need a tv with a dvb-t2 tuner.

Correct, I watch free to air. It is important to have dvb-t2 as it would not increase the price of the tv from dvb-t1 anyway.

Web browsing for single core processor will definitely be slow.only the 8000 and above has dual core

My dad bought the 47LM6700 at $1550 from Mega Discount Store at Leisure Park after trading in back the free bluray player. Also got extra 4 glasses.

I thought the 2D to 3D conversion is quite cool. I think Mega Discount Store's prices are competitive, can also bargain like in HN.

So other than cosmetics difference, does 6690 has the same spec as 6700?

Similarly, does 6410 has the same spec as 6690 other than it doesn't come with the magic controller?

Since the web browsing is slow, if not using the web browser, what good is the magic controller then?

One more question, can connect wireless keyboard & mouse to 6410 and 6690?

Some1 posted a picture of HM trade show at expo selling LG 47ls4600 going for only $799....but its limited sets promo. Crazy good deal none the less since courts and best denki are still retailing this model at ard $1.1k.

All my laptops and iphones work fine with the wireless router.

Free Bluray player also. I believe this is the best deal for now. Heard LG coming out new models end of April.

did you check whether your router got any mac address filtering?

try without any security to narrow down the issue.

Try changing your router settings to WPA (not WPA2) and using TKIP.
