Yes. You do realise that anyone can forge your signature, right? It happened many years ago that is why now counter staff require to see your IC during withdrawal.

That's right. Standard procedures now a day. Use IC as double verification.

When we (non malaysian) deposit cheque more than certain amount, you need to do it at counter, show our passoirt and declare the source of money.

I kena that when i deposited a cheque back in Jan2020

Clue: RM 5 digits

Using pass card and password at counter also requires IC mah, it's not about forging signature.

But i don't recall bank staff asking for IC when you deposit cheques at the box?? :s11::s11: Still get credited right?

Grab fees is so low there that i felt obligated to give some tips.
Come back to SG, mega difference hehe.
You do know their petrol is subsidized correct? Also a lot of own Msian locals own a car as they got no COE which is so much cheaper. A few K you can drive out a decent second hand car (monthly installment later then say). So to get customers need charge cheaper to attract lar.

A decent 2nd hand Japanese or Malaysian car is just $6k-$9k of SGD. There is no need for installment.

It depends lar. My spouse sister sons are technicians, mechanics in JB you think they earn how much each month in MYR? Don't ask why they don't come over Spore becuz they scared of jams (new generation cannot eat bitterness) everyday and parents prepared inheritance for them already.
