What I don't understand, maybe you can enlighten me.

You have a company and have money, also you came here before to look for profitable trader.

Don't you have traders already working for you? Why not give them the money?

With all these money, you can easily approach a hedge fund and they will accept you. Why not look for a hedge fund and let them trade for you?

Haha. Actually I am also surprise and curious since your company got the fund and shld be quite an ok company, why don't go direct hiring on jobstreet or jobsdb and come to forum to find trader? Don't tell me it is involved in money laundering or some illegal stuff so cannot go through proper hiring? And if possible state your company name so that everyone can check the credibility on acra etc.

I'm not sure if he is from propex. They will have a system which will probably filter people out without losing money (except some time and resources) on trading simulation earlier.

Once ok, then can start with real money. The better the performance, the higher the trading limit later on.

I believe they are expanding quite a lot and so they need more traders.

I don't know about you, but I'm not about to join propex or any company to revive my trading secret to them.

My trading style is different because I don't have to trade so actively. I love my carefree lifestyle and I don't have to get people on my back. But then I will still response to his pm for a meet up. No harm networking a little.

Probably there is an influx of more fund and their current active traders cannot take increased limit.

There's no harm getting new blood to spot new potentials too.

all just my personal opinion and i have no idea where he's from and what he wants.

there was this signal provider from india which kept calling me until i told him i work on my own for trades

as the situation is that i trade the us market and stocks and i didnt need the sgx signals so i respectfully told him that if i need i will contact him, company seems quite well established though

so does he really provide capital for traders, assuming u r good?

can share more of ur experience? ie the office space, how is the working like there, most important, is it a legitimate biz?

Why terminate?

If they are making money, there is no reason to terminate, unless...

I do not know enough to know if they are legitimate, but since I didn't pay a single cent to them, I guess its not a scam. We are taught by 4 traders on the different methods of trading and working hours are 8pm to 5am. Location is inside AMK Tech Park.

Overall, I learnt quite a lot in the 2 months. They are doing a long short fund, each trader used their own scenarios without any stock risk or market risk, as calculated by the hedging method taught, with manual stops and targets for the spread.

My batch was terminated after we lost 15%, think we don't understand the math behind their theory especially in the beginning

You guys are trading US stocks right? Perhaps they have other "sources" of incomes.
