yes, 3 meals of meats and walnut not so much calories. it is still calories deficit. i think it would be around 1.2k - 1.6k calories and your maintenance calories per day is around 2.5k calories. so it should be ok.
What you meab by calories defict and also calories maintenance

maintenance calories means the amount of calories your body needs to burn. eg your body needs maintenance calories 2k calories to burn and you have to eat 2k calories to maintain so that your weight stays same.

calories deficit means less than your maintenance calories. it leads to weight loss.

calories surplus means more than your maintenance calories. it leads to weight gain.

as long as you consume these

1) high protein
2) high fat
3) low carb
4) 500 calories less than your maintenance calories

then you'll be fine. don't force yourself to have too low calories. it can lead muscle loss. you can check http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/

for weight loss supplement, from what i know from bodybuilder's recommentation is, Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite. the best fat burner supplement. i never try it. you need to research.

yes. Josef rakich said max 500 calories. he said more than 500 calories minus will lead to muscle loss. but you can try 600 to 800.

i just checked few online local sites, can't find this supplement. only oversea site got.

Muscletech, Performance Series, Hydroxycut Hardcore, Elite, 100 Rapid-Release Thermo Caps - iHerb.com

carbohydrate such as rice, potato, pasta, bread, etc. yes you can drink milk.

there are two different types of carbohydrate - simple carbohydrate and complex carbohydrate.

simple carb = fast digesting but may give you fat faster than complex carbohydrate. such as white rice, white bread, soft drinks, etc.

complex carb = slow digesting. such as brown rice, sweet potato, oatmeal, etc.

we should eat complex carb more. simple carb is most effective for post cardio/workout only.

simple carb fast digesting makes you hungry faster. nothing got to do with actual fat accumulation.

It takes a lot of carbs to convert it to fat. think about 500-600g per days for consecutive days.

other than that, excess carbs don't turn to fat that easily.

maybe i guess need more studies to compare (assuming 70kg person needs 350g carb to gain weight)

1) eat/drink 350g of simple carb (white rice, coke, chocolates, ice cream, etc everyday)
2) eat 350g of complex carb (oatmeal, brown rice, etc everyday)

i usually look at the best one that bodybuilder recommended. so i don't know about other fat loss supplements that is least recommended. you can try them in sg stores anyway.

maybe you try keto diet, 50g carb (1 bowl of rice or 1.5 cup of oatmeal)
But i always have a cup of oatmeal for breakfast so i guess i just have half a bowl of rice for dinner or lunch ? And go full 3 meat and 1 veg for either lunch or dinnet
