no, max i get is 43C when gaming and my CPU fan is running on 100% around 4100 rpm
That's some rather excessive cooling. (Intel CPUs will only overheat at 80C.) Can consider going to Bios and turn down your fans for more silence. A load temp of 60+C when gaming will help achieve a good balance between sufficient cooling and silence. Of course, if you do not mind sitting next to a hairdryer, then I have nothing to say.

Just enable fan speed control in BIOS. it appears that your cpu fan is just running at max speed even at idle.

You may need to reapply your thermal paste. Go to SLS (Or your closest Cyberactive store if got no time to go to SLS) to buy a tube of thermal paste if you do not have one.

Also, go to Guardian to buy a bottle of isoprophyl alcohol and use this to wipe off any residue of old thermal paste. You must wipe off all old thermal paste before applying any new thermal paste, otherwise the new thermal paste will not conduct heat properly.

After you have settled your heat issues, then you can go to the Bios and slowly turn down your fans until it is quiet.

i use speedfan to adjust my fan speed leh, will damage it a not?
