I seem to have lost IPv6 on Maxx. Happened same time they announced that $10 plan has no more 5G. I'm on the 5G plan but no more IPv6. Can anyone else confirm?

In my case M1 Maxx never got IPv6 even with 5G SA connection. I have ported out from M1 Maxx after one month.

No issues with M1 Prepaid 5G SA connection and Circles.Life 5G SA connection. Both got native IPv6.

Somehow I cannot get IPv6 with M1 Maxx S$10 plan even with 5G SA connection. This is very strange.

Singtel 5G SA connection on the same Poco X7 Pro phone has no issues with IPv6.

Just wait like 10 mins then the affliated M’sia telco (Maxis iirc) will show up on top left of phone riao.
I set up Luckin kopi at Berjaya TS wif my maxx base only number. OTP required for set up.

After ~6 days and 3 tries to deduct from my card, the $10 line switched to $0 base plan.

No, it has been free for many months though the terms and conditions indicates otherwise.

Not as of now, until they change their T&Cs. But you must keep your line active monthly, by sending sms, make a call or use some data

Maxx Indeed reinstates the original condition as follows:

"1. Base Plan @ $0 Promotion Discount will be valid till further notice. Refer to the M1 website for the latest update."

It was changed to $5 purchase if no add-on purchase for I think 60days, but actually not implemented. Didn't know when the original $0 condition was reinstated back. A very positive sign that $0 Base Plan will be here to stay.

I did get charged $5 for November... Perhaps because I didn't use the line for anything (data, SMS) during the past couple of months (took for granted and forgot... )

Something to take note of.

EDIT: I just paid off, and it prompted me to get an add-on "bef 1st of next month" to avoid the charge again in the following month. Not gonna do that, but gonna see what happens next month when bill comes and update. Also got an SMS telling me the line got "re-activated", so I guess lack of use might be the case.

Same for me, but ipv6 is back since yesterday.

Just sms to yourself..call your bank hotline once picked-up then gap.. and on mobile data search for forum hwz.. all these do once a month can le ma...

Anyone tried getting it online using virtual card like youtrip, then cancel away the virtual card so it couldn't get charged for 2nd month onwards? Will it become base plan like if we purchase offline?

Used revolut but same concept.

Added card, removed original CC, cancel or disabled virtual card and plan went to base after a few days of failed charging

instead of virtual card (which i read here does not work), i use a bank's debit card (used to be a atm card) that i do not use at all. lock the card and as i wrote few days earlier, maxx will try to deduct 3x and failed, it will fall into base plan.

Sounds mafan. Just sign up from a physical retailer, and issue solved. No need for any card details

Imo going to a physical shop is more mafan if none is near by. Doing it online is almost effortless.
