The complaints you hear about M1 is their 4G network. Their 5G SA network is good. They are using same shared 5G network with starhub

Activated M1 new sim card, data enabled working fine but outgoing call barring activated, I have to call 1627 to learn to use ussd code #300*1234# to disable outgoing call barring.
Luckily after code reset and phone restart.. Outgoing and incoming calls are working

5G Download/upload 850mbps /100 Mbps are within expectations.
Porting to be done by tomorrow..

Tomorrow will run an acid test with basement car park and driving though bke/KJE /PIE woodlands/cck/ Jurong west /east

Thanks Jurong! This is quite an important information for me. Did not know that M1 (5G) is so good now. Considering that Singtel has the worst network on both 4G and 5G at where I am, StarHub/M1 is compensating for Singtel’s poor reception

Would love to see your results for this as I travel along these places too.

Does M1 do port-in processing over the weekend? I signed up for a port-in on 1 Dec, but as of 2 Dec end of day, no port-in happened.

Nope, for weekends the 3 MNO does not process, dependent on the incumbent telco too.
So even if MVNO process, but MNO does not process, still got to wait till next working day.

I just checked my contract from the email sent. Port-in date is 6 Dec. But I wonder why need so many working days.
