But M1 still haven't update their sim only plans to have more roaming data etc....

Such as Malaysia roaming
yup. Singtel and Starhub have already changed theirs except M1.

Probably, M1 is using maxx and Simba to fight the other 2 (singtel & Starhub). Changed strategy to focus more on selling phones and Sim only plans without much roaming bundles.

hi all, I recently port in to M1 sim-only and ported out within a few days.

after ported out, I can no longer log in to the My M1+ app to view the account... (the interface just stuck at the orange dots spinning) today I received an email from M1 saying my bill is coming soon, and instruct me to login to the app to view the bill.

how am I supposed to do so if I can't log in anymore? will they also follow up by sending an electronic bill to my email as well?

for those who have left M1 before, can share your experience?

P.S. I have no other services with M1 (no broadband, etc.)

Try the website see you can access https://www.m1.com.sg/my-account maybe at some pt you will connect with the CSO

You need to have an active service with them to login to the APP

You can call 1627 to get the help.

Or go to M1 Physical Shop.

thanks guys.

can I check whether M1 will also send the electronic bill to our email? or die die can only access via the app?

sounds a bit... illogical for customers who left M1 to access their final bill if they don't have another way of obtaining the bill other than calling or going to the physical shop?

also, does M1 practice standardised billing date across all customers? like for SingTel I believe it's on 22nd or 23rd of each month.

Probably cause the App wasn't fully activated yet and you had already ported out.
Bill payment through M1 app only, but email will state the amount payable. Billing date isn't standardised across customers from what I can see.
Might want to clarify with M1 on how to proceed.

Below is an example of the email that is received from M1.
The total balance for your M1 Account XXXXXXXXX as of 01 Dec 2025 is $XX.XX. This amount will be due on 15 Dec 2025.

View your bill and make payment easily via the My M1+ app

Paying your bills can be hassle-free when you save your credit or debit card details on the My M1+ app. Enable "Recurring Payment for your payment to be automatically deducted on your payment due date.

This is a system-generated e-mail. Please do not reply to this email.

Thanks!

Oh yes, forgotten about AXS.
Can utilise AXS to pay as long you have the account number I believe.
