managed to call their human CSO and she said I will get another email stating the final bill amount and that I can use internet banking or AXS to make payment (so no need the app)

AXS have a mobile app version fyi...

sorry to ask again, but how do we locate our account number ah? I tried to look through the contract document... can't find.

supposedly need to enter account number for payment platforms.

hopefully when the email (on the final bill amount) comes, it'll have the full details of the payment method (instead of just telling me the outstanding bill amount), since a previous post shared that the bills are not sent via emails anymore.

The M1 email should state the account number.

M1 early termination fees (ETFs) for mobile plans generally cost 100% of the remaining monthly subscription fees for the rest of your contract.
