M1 Mobile Network down!!!

It is really slow to get things fix. Worst i received a call thru celcom network, any idea if i be charge additional? Thanks in adv

if you only received a welcome sms from celcom you will not be charged...however if it is a voice call, charges may apply.
i suggest you manually switch to select telco operator i.e. m1.
i used to get these stray signals too until i switch to manual.

One whole day down and no word of compensation is really absurb.
There must be people who could not make a multimillion deal or got their relationship screwed up etc. which M1 cannot compensate but I feel at the very very least, M1 should give customer one day full refund. Switched to M1 from Suckhub (which I have been using for 16 years) after hearing about their fantastic service... Luckily I did not sign up 2 years plan with them. Gonna move over to Sinktel.

What 1day refund? I expect them waive 3month for me. It a big problem, affecting work and life. They have to compensate properly else i dont think i will want continue with them. As it a big big network failure. If 1-2hr i have not much to complain. but this time it too serious.

Is m1 solved the problem? Today straits times m1 power disruption more than 19 hours.
Any 3G at bt batok? Bye Bye m1 i going to jump ship to singtel 4G plan.

according to m1 homepage: ESTIMATE full restoration is by tomorrow midnight, thursday 2359.

it's now 10.38pm and still no m1 network at bt panjang.
this long disruption from m1 really affected our daily routine. even coffeeshop using m1 for taking orders also affected.

mid-afternoon? does that mean i'll have m1 network by 3pm?
it's 2pm now and i still do not have any m1 signal at bt panjang.

my foot! liar!
9pm was at choa chu kang, no m1 signal.
now 10.06pm at bt panjang, also no signal.
i'm going to ida facebook to complaint after midnight if they failed to restore.

If M1 cab do a map of the area where the 3G/gsm network is up/down. I think that will be more creditable.

Otherwise a statement just like that would be quite pointless.

Me complaining to IDA last time, they no care...
Hopeless for Spore Servive Provider...Singtel or M1 still the same...
I got to get 2 lines Singtel n M1 as if 1 of them conked out, got another lines for trading...bo pian...IDA is sleeping!
