M1 Mobile Network down!!!

currently at bt panjang- greenridge, there is no m1 network.
hopeless m1.

Me complaining to IDA last time, they no care...
Hopeless for Spore Servive Provider...Singtel or M1 still the same...
I got to get 2 lines Singtel n M1 as if 1 of them conked out, got another lines for trading...bo pian...IDA is sleeping!

IDA=I Die Already?
Looks like the design did not take care of this type of single point of failure.
