Just remembered my printer & Time Machine external SSD are USB 3. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Not fond of USB hubs as they take up more space & anyway I don’t have any more nor do I expect to have any more USB 3 devices i expect to connect to Mac Mini.

Anyone used ugreen usb 3.0 to usb-c adapter before? Any good? I saw this 5 gbp one on Shopee about $6. Bassues almost half price but got review say no good cos the plastic cracked after few months.

Under your system info - hardware - ethernet can help me see if it also shows max link speed 10 Gb/s? If so that means mine confirm is 10 gbps ethernet card. 😅

Now available for in-store pickup today at all 3 Apple Stores if anyone is interested!
OT the cardboard carton it came in (brown one not that Mac Mini box) damn innovative. No wonder Apple stuff so ex. 🤣 Dunno how to describe but it literally unfolds open & can fold back close. Not a normal box that open from top. 🤪

how much is it?
$5.99 each on Shopee. I need 2 plus delivery $13.97. Confirm cheaper than USB hub 🤣 Takes less space too. I actually have a J5create hub which im using now. Serves its purpose just that one more item on my desk. See liao very kao wei plus one more item to dust. 😬

I guess simple converter like that hard to go wrong. And while ugreen may not be premium brand but not exactly chapalang brand either. Lol

PSA: Those planning to get TPU cover for keyboard, the 2024 USB C keyboard is A3119. Almost similar to A2520 but the subtle difference is at the bottom left. Instead of 2 keys there is now 3 including a globe key. So covers for A2520 will fit 95% but obviously not perfect fit.

The screenshot already show internet speed of near 10gbps (theoretically only), so not sure your question on showing if it’s 10gbps hardware.

I can share later when I’m back home but can’t find relevance to your question
