I already owned the AW3423DWF and no plan to change until the 3rd gen UW oled are out. But i read concern about mac text in AW3423DWF where some people said there are a lot of fringing and it's worse on the mac than on window. Hence, trying to get answer directly from user who have the AW3423DWF hook up to the mac mini.

For me is no issue la. I have used Mac OS with 3423DWF for more than 1 year.

i had it and couldnt take it. i changed to the Samsung G80 SD and it was so much better however i've sold it cos i prefer glossy.

now i'm on the PG32UCDM and i'm happy.

FWIW, font smoothing on windows is better than mac. once i saw the fringing on the AW, i couldn't unsee it.

Feel like getting the PG27UCDM to replace my LG42C3. But also thinking of the 32UCDM

The downside is if you are using the MacBook as a desktop all the time and have it consistently connect to power, the battery will bloat in no time
No longer in modern day OS. They have a very good power management.

Anyone accessing internet on their M4 Mac mini with M1 Fibre?
Is your M4 with direct connection to the ONT able to obtain an IPv6 IP?

Thinking of buying one for my parents, any idea if refresh is coming up? Also guessing with the prices of memory these days, the M5 will be more expensive.
