Hey if my booklet is missing 2 pages is there anywhere i can get a replacement for the missing pages although i m not keen to go all the way down to hdb

Anyone can share pages 2 and 5 for clementi ridges 4 room flats... I dunno how come the book can come with missing pages... wth... no idea on the pricings for some blocks which kinda sux... would greatly appreciate any help thank you!

hmm you can check out the prices on the HDB website for 4 room flats already.. under flats available for selection

The difference between the 6th and 7th floor for 189 is 21k.. difference between 6th and 9th floor is 47k..
The difference between the block facing the MSCP and the block facing away on the 6th floor is 35k..

I guess these were significant enough for him/her..

thanks for pointing that out.. me and my wife were like staring in amazement at the guy who bought that unit.. we went like "What in the world is that person thinking!??!"

I applied fajar hills 5 rooms, I able to see the date in MyHDB, with 18X and appointment date on 23 May.

u mean one floor different is 21k.

I saw fajar 4 room diff between low and high level not a lot. 14th floor still below 300k. Everyone going on trip during mid year now they still haven't release all appointment dates ltr ppl all clash. Slow siaaa.

Pertaining to clementi ridges 4-room,
With the same price and similiar north/north east facing, why would people choose Units from the 185 stack rather than 175 stack?
- difference in layout? (household shelter in kitchen is better?)
- the common corridor faces the service yard for 185, i think it's a compromise on privacy? no?
- and it's nearer to the busy clementi ave 6 ...
