Actually, you can view photos of the 3D models from different angles online. If you still want to go down, just share with you that if you are going there at night, the other night when I went down the place wasn't lighted up. So, get ready a torch [app in your phone/tablet].

Don't have to. Just that it will be better knowing how much u can loan for u to choose a flat without causing financial burdens for urself. Only by the time sign lease then have to if u are loaning from hdb/bank.
