Ya, the TUs are a bit expensive especially from the ES cost, since the Gs cost is slightly lower. (maybe they wan us to spend Gs instead)
Upcoming legendaries changes;
Casket of Ancient Winters:
450 area damage rating
8% chance to slow movement speed of your target by 45%
450 area damage rating
450 area damage rating vs. slowed targets
4% to deal 45,000 damage (20s cd)
M'Kraan Crystal:
Proc cooldown reduced from 1 minute to 20 seconds
Warlock's Eye:
500 mental damage rating
50 spirit
500 mental damage rating
500 mental critical rating
5% to do 50,000 damage (20s cd)
Shield of Perseus:
2000 defense
2000 health
10% chance to reflect projectiles
5% block an attack
10% chance when attacked to apply 10% vulnerability and deal 20,000 damage (5s cd)
Golden Bow of Apollo:
500 ranged damage rating
10% attack speed
10% chance to cause an explosion dealing 5,500 damage
500 ranged critical rating
10% chance to nova and deal 100,000 damage over 5 seconds around your target
