Just that lower units cheaper..Top level of the blks same with cck..

cos the expressway is gonna be v noisy.
they build that road there also cannot link to expressway.
so being right beside the expressway is =.=. thats why higher floors more ex. lower floors not much ppl will want. and waa its very squeezy hor?

Jurong west consider ex or not? with not much amenities and no way near mrt?

Can apply for JW bto and sales of balance flat? or can only choose 1?

They put there the #no quota limit means what??

Anybody know how is the chance of getting the sale of balance flat? Anybody gotten the unit that you want before?

The Sbf flats how come mostly so old?

I read that they are repossessed flats meaning to say its been renovated already?

repossessed flats are units taken back by HDB for some reasons. Eg. illegal subletting flat.. I dun think HDB will renovate it.. something like resale, just cheaper, no COV..

depends. some maybe taken back by HDB due to some reasons. like what i see in yishun. out of 19 units, maybe 4 or 5 are build in 1985. means the keys is available already. but others need to wait. u can go and see.

I just browsed through but actually not really cheaper but very old flats...anybody know how is the chances of getting the balanced flats?
