The Sbf flats how come mostly so old?

I read that they are repossessed flats meaning to say its been renovated already?

yah... found one of them so near my parents place! that flat at least 30 years old

I just browsed through but actually not really cheaper but very old flats...anybody know how is the chances of getting the balanced flats?

Not cheaper but v much bigger than newer flats

Lets say if I apply for Sbf now and the queue number is very bad (appt only I'm aug), can I apply for jul bto concurrently?

if co-applicant is studying full time and working part time w/ cpf contributions, declare as part time worker?

do they determine whether u qualify for the category u chosen base on income? what if in near future got chances of promotion/salary rise, and co-applicant grad from sch and go seek full time employment?

I think if study full-time even part time work also won't be considered as income.

The combined income will be based at the point of application to disburse AHG and at point of collecting keys, loan will be disbursed based on the new income.

i read somewhere in this forum, there's a guy who apply Jan BTO and then Mar BTO while Jan BTO queue haven reach his turn...
so i guess u can apply both..
