Yes bro, very sure. Cos the selection date for the individual bto overlap the next one, so I apply and apply.. Gave up 2 selection chances.. Now banished to second timer liao.
I would rather tahan this 1yr window den choose a 2nd lvl unit which I dun like.. It's just my own opinion la..

I believe for BTO, ballot result shd be out by end of June. As for SOBF, it should be out end of July.. Correct me if I am wrong..

it seems like prior to collection of keys, they will reassess the HLE, from then decide the max loan base on the income at that time. then the difference in cash to pay will have to be paid when collection of keys

and I think someone asked a similar question earlier, what if the mortgage loan I required is higher than the max HDB loan (I got an estimation from the HDB loan calculator) that I can get? Does this mean I won't be able to get a flat?

For first round (2nd appt but u shld have enuf to pay the downpayment), they only require a valid HLE. So, you will be able to select. The amt is not impt for that phase. Unless you're unsure if u can have higher salary for higher max loan in 2-3 years down the road during key collections..

am i right to say as long as for the initial application, i am eligible for a HLE, i will be able to select a unit if i get a good ballot number? after that, i will wait till keys collection to get a reassessment of the HLE to determine how much cash I might have to pay upfront?

can give me a rough idea how long later would that be? about 3-4 years when the flat is almost ready?
