From what I hear, near the park and beach, the place there 'dirty'.
That place got many people throw 'unwanted things'.

Aiya priest Ni la... I stayed in Sembawang for almost 15 years alr... It's like the least haunted area to me cos estate is new... N I don't believe in this..

the expressway (stood a while there... find the noise bearable until i went to a nearby block 403... at 11 floor... the noise is quite loud. but no choice i rather trade unblock view with noise+dust)

my target... Blk 561B , unit 1173, else 1157 or 1159

else can't get good higher floors for Blk 561B, will choose Blk 561A unit 1147 or 1145

those who wanna get Blk 561B, take note that there is a dustbin compound on the left near unit 1131 and 1133, 2nd-3rd floor will suffer the stench.

As for me, only when they start up a few levels then probably drop by..Been to that area(CCK site) many times before so roughly know whats around..

I've a fren who stayed slightly further away from sem MRT, nearer to sem shipyard(Straight rd over), nv heard him say hantu etc etc..

Srsly, dont think so much about it. I've alot of encounters with this kind of stuff back as a kid(Just before pri 1), i dont really think that much about them..

But anyway I already got a Q number, so now is wonder which unit to choose.
Any idea when I will know my appointment date? Cos I'm going overseas for a short trip in July x.x

If you don't mind low floors like second and third level, you should be able to get those.
