1st appt of booking unit..You need S$2k(4-rm and above) cash which would be refund during 2nd appt(Signing of lease) if you have enough cash inside ur CPF account for the downpayment + misc fees. HLE would be required during 2nd appt.

i am not 100% pangtang in god/ghost stuff, but i believe in fengshui so... i will at least look at the direction the unit is facing... make sure its of a direction that is favorable.

For me, i will only beo units that is not hit by the sun...

i got no. 10 for sbw 4 rooms, any1 know which estate or unit had better fengshui and better choice...

The best way to see Feng shui is good, go find a shifu... Dif couple have dif Feng shui requirement

They want to see the original and they are more than happy to take the ready photocopied ver. Cos they have to help u photocopy anyway.

Depends on the status of ur HLE and maybe AHG.. Fastest is like 5-6weeks... But the letter states within 3-4mths after 1st appt. There is a chance to delay for a short period..

so is 2 weeks after receiving the queue no?

Roughly like that for my BTO.. Have to wait for the early queue no. to scan and post up the price list first.. But all will receive eventually.. But will be able to view the BTO brochure first.. Depends u opt hard or softcopy..

Will not be same for all BTO.. One at a time..

My application in mid June.. The officer say will receive the status by end July for AHG.
