Well, bukit merah has the most no of flats under sales of balance in May. 1000+ applicants leh. Hahaha. Only a handful of us here.

Aug has 31 days.
Mid = 15.5, round up to 16

16th Aug is this Sunday, thus this week.

you could be right, then again everything is up to them.. whether they manage to get the results early or later, if not this week then should be next already.

my last SBF rejection came around 12th of that month, when they also presumed mid month..

perhaps i got earlier results for rejection.. hoping for the best!

Guys/Ladies,

Correct me if i'm understanding this wrongly. All these MCPS, First timer, etc only increases the chance by allowing you have more chances of balloting. For example, if i'm a first timer, i get double chance. SO this means:

100 flats available.
first ballot: queue number 200 was assigned.
I get to ballot again, but this time i get queue 105.

So even if i am first timer, but sway, i still will not get anything.

Correct?

Ehh, I think different scheme have different percentage of flats allocated to them. First timer have 95% of total flat supple, of which 30% belong to mcps. So it's not purely just higher chance of balloting only. But I don't really understand how the system works too.

I don't want to burst anyone's dream, but I do think that due to the golden jubilee weekend (as you know govt agencies confirm don't work on the 2 days of PH), will definitely push the results to the end of this week or next week.

How do we see the total number of applicants for the zone we applied for uh? I applied for Kallang/Whampoa and I counted like total only 10 units available. If 100 applied means i got 10% chance only (theoretically without factoring all the priority queue).

Have been checking this forum and hdb website diligently since end jul. cant wait for the results as well. Betting it will be out by fri *cross fingers*

Applied for bukit merah as well first timer and under mcps... Have failed multiple times during last few sbf/bto exercises... Prolly giving up on hdb flats if we dont get our sbf this time round eekss...

the best location among the others. IMO. Also because i stay in that area for 20+ years already, so more biased

Chill la! People office hours starting at 9am. Cannot expect 9am everything updated. Need to give some time to eat breakfast, chat a bit with colleagues, clear some random e-mails, talk to boss, then you proceed to do the main item of the day.
