Hi just curious, will the Nov sobf include the units not taken in the May sobf exercise? judging by the posts i read here, seems like quite a number of ppl are only selecting in nov, which by then the new sobf exercise would lauch

dun see why not. balance means leftover units from previous sales lo

Wah, awesome queue number!! Mine is #6x. Hoping there will still be units of my choice when the selection date comes. Excited for November!

What sort of projects are you considering? Keys already available or those which will be completed in 1-2yrs?

Considering those projects nearby the future sengkang hospital. if possible i would prefer those projects nearer to mrt, but might have budget issue :)

May i know how to check what is the current queue number for a particular area for sobf? Just wanna see what are the drop out rates..if any.

My appt is on Monday for Pasir ris 5rm, left like only 2 units to choose nia.
