It's a housing loan..

You can go for bank loans if you want..

But either one would be required during selection appt..I would suggest that you really need to research/read more on housing application..

Hopefully so! I fall under the first timer, but with only 15% of flats allocated cause I'm no under any scheme. Aiming for henderson, a lot of units there. Haha.

Not compulsory if your bank gao gao, can pay for the whole flat with cash. Lol.

U will be able to understand better if u go back to the sale of balance page. There's a tab on financing your home they gave a list of financial considerations that you should have before balloting for the flat.

Anyways no need to rush , still got 3 weeks before results will be out. I heard HLE approve quite fast de, so can apply after u get your number

Henderson for me too. I didn't realize it is 15% of flats for 1st timers without any schemes. Keeping my fingers crossed! Idk when the results will be out. But feels like it's gonna be after?

BTO result was out on 8 jul when they said mid jul also ma. Haha. So thinking there might be chance it will be early aug for sbf also

But anyway, my guess is 8-14th Aug for results release..
