24 queue numbers for 4-room today.

wahaha big exercise.

funny thing is my q number just befor 300 needs to wait till mid sept. I guess they are going to have break again after the big excercise. however big excercise is good to see the real drop out rate. So far both 3 rm n 4 rm drop oit rate is just 25%.

Queue Number

Last Queue Number invited for selection of a 4-Room flat in Kallang / Whampoa under the May 2012 BTO exercise as at 05 Aug 2012 : 00162

Today is finally my turn. My q no was 15X and the last q n 138, meaning there is many q before me. Given my appt time, it seems hdb has to serve at least 5 q in one hour, is it possible?

My only thought is hdb is going to let in more than one q no to select at the same time. If so, does it means there are chances ppl whose q no is after me may get to select first?

I rather I am in those days where q no is 3 then.

the thing is you wouldn't know how many officers are working today.

i think should have at least 3 officers serving the queue numbers for 4-room based on the large number.

I had a chat with my friends last night and was told that nowadays HDB tends to build BTO flats very fast.

E.g. He bought a 5-room BTO Seng Kang which is estimated to be built in 5 years. But according to him, he collected his keys right at the 3rd year.

Is this true to all BTO flats or only applicable to non-mature estates like SengKang and Punggol?

Anyone knows?

If the officers serve 3 around the same time, how do they ensure ppl whom has the lower q no get to choose first?

JoewWins, Good luck to your selection today,
If you are reading this before your selection .Can you check how musch the stamp duty will be?
I have been checking but have mix result,
Some say is between 1 to 3 percent ?
other siad its 1 percent for first 180K , 2 percent for 2nd 180K and 3 percent after that.

Can check whats the stamp duty base on 550K? Tks

base on my case, i would say that the number will follow in sequence..
because i went early for the appt, but when it came down to the selection, i was asked to wait as the person before me had not selected

Is base on your queue nbr. There is no way those later than u chose first. How this works is if example queue 130, 131 and 132 hv taken their queue at e Hdb booth, they will just wait for their appt time or queue being called. If both 130 n 131 r called at e same time, as long 130 hv not selected, 131 cannot select. But of coz the officers will try to explain to u if u not to take too long to select. Once 130 select, 131 officer will ask 131 to select.

5 yrs is an estimated date to completion. 5yrs includes e selection n tender for e projects. Most btos nowadays r completed in 3yrs. For KW, we could even take our keys in end 2015. Once u sign ur lease, u will c e updated date of keys collection. So now we can only wait. Every blks hv diff time for collection of keys.

can someone confirm?

today 4-room 3 drop outs right?

Look like this is the case. Before the start of today the no of flats available was 788 and now the no is 767. Meaning 21 flats taken. With 24 q no today, your guesses should be right.

Today selection exercise was tense man... Too bad I didn't manage to see the reply from here so I was at hdb earlier. True enough the q no was called in accordance to my timing and the wait from one q no to another was around 10mins. The whole selection took an hour, mainly use in submitting documents, signing away and of coz with many questions asked... Hehe..
