Anyone going for punggol notice that there are rental flats at Punggol Edge? Wanted to go for that project but was hold back by the rental flats...

That's the main reason that punggol edge is so unpopular. Let's wait and see. I am looking forward to see how hdb will response as I am 99% confident that take up rate for punggol edge will not even reached 60%. It's a big blunder for hdb to launch both sundew and edge together.

I almost wanted to choose 125 over 109. 125 is not bad if u wan a heartland view. Less dusty n noisy den 109. But if u take too low u will hear the noise from Cityview's MSCP. and do note that the distance between the blk 9A
From cityview to 125 is abit near. Master bedroom window can see ur cityview neighbours :/ like no privacy...
