Just hope that tomorrow all drop out.........No need to aim liao........Actually all the unit i wanted was taken. So just take the left over

Dont know got any chance of selection for queue above 107x. Any one knows the answer pls.

If you are going for MT no worries.
However, if you are a chinese and decide on BL. i am not too sure as the Ethnic Quota of 46 is almost there. Good Luck

No worries at all.

What is meant to be mine will be mine, I can't change the Q number. So just hope for the best.......... I am going for BL 75%

what?! 25% for drop out? Is there a 'dislike' button or something?? I sincerely hope you get a unit at BL, because if you're opting for a drop out, you're seriously letting a good gem slip off your hands. such good projects are hard to come by.

I understand from your previous post that price is a crucial factor to you, which is one of the reason why you are not considering MT. There are still a lot of good units left in MT. And if you're letting go of this chance because of the 25-30K price differences as compared to BL, personally I feel it's not a very wise decision. Unless if you say your bazi does not suit MT, and can only go for BL... then I got nothing to say.

Do hope that you will reconsider your decision with your partner. And besides, who can assure you that you will get a good Q number for the next BTO project (sorry not meant to curse you or anything). What is your's is your's. If you can't get BL, perhaps it's a sign from up there telling you that "your's" belong to MT?

I will pray hard for you, that you will get a unit in BL... eventhough I don't know you in real life. Hahaha! But pleaseeee do reconsider, you still have time my potential neighbour. :s39:

You can do it on the selection day itself, save you the trouble of faxing and emailing them the documents... you just need your cpf past 15 months which you can get from the website, and your salary for the last 3 months (I think). And also, you will have to fill in some forms.

How about those going for bank loan? Will i receive any letter for the application for bank loan?
Think you will need to apply for bank loan before they send you the dates for lease of agreement... why not just take up HLE and then by the time you get your house then you change? (not sure whether this is doable or not, just hearsay from others)

But HDB said they will send me some document to apply for the bank loan. Till now i didnt receive anything. I can't take HDB loan coz i had dispose a pte property within 30 mths so they don't allow me.

Mine is in ard early mid aug... Also signing end of the month... But what I heard from the HDB officer is that they will still invite you to sign the letter but at the signing of lease agreement, you need to prove you are able to get a loan (HDB or Bank)...
