OPEN CONCEPT KITCHEN...!!!!

i saw the layout for KW tentaram peak bto. the layout are very good abd space efficient. the whole flat looks bigger and the shelter is next to the kitchen! more practical uses. also the doors are not facing each other neighbour and you get your private space in front of your door even for 3 room flat.

The btos are cleverly buffered from the CTE noise and dust by the carpark and greens. i think it will be a very peaceful place to stay.

The whole project has better FS layout for site and flat design.

open concept kitchen will look stunning. but not really a gd idea for heavy cookers. cook a few times must clean whole house.

OCS price for doors in Jul BTO has increased to S$3,080 for standard flats and S$3,140 for premium flats. The Sep BTO launches bundle doors and sanitary fittings as a package and charges S$3,790 and S$4,330 for a 4rm and 5rm flat respectively. The sanitary fittings in the 5rm flat is of a better finish so it cost S$540 more.

When given a choice, you will have to decide whether to opt-in or not as there may be better offers available in the market. For those who would like to know how to get a better deal, PM me and I may be able to help give some advise.

I am not a retailer for doors nor sanitary fittings. I am trying to let buyers who intend to opt-in for the doors/sanitary fittings look at another option.

They may like the design, or just want everything to be handled by HDB. No need to worry about market price, warranty, etc.

However, if they can get a similar door, able to get just the number of doors needed (PU very popular for bathroom now), have the option to choose the same or different types of fittings, same DLP provided, installed within an agreeded timeframe, and at a lower cost, does that sound like a better option?

as of 29 sept no more chinese for KW. now only one malay/indian select KW every few days. and so many flats left.

I felt that the ethic quota system shld be applied right from the application phase.
Many applicants do not take into account that there is ethic quota system when applying.
Imagine getting a queue number of 90 for a bto of 100 units available. Good luck if all 89 applicants before you are the same ethnic group as you.
