Yup, it's all out already!

Keat Hong Pride looks good! The car park is linked to all the blocks. 4-storey car park, similar to those new flats at punggol.
hi,i remember that is 3 story car park ,is it?
you metioned it similar to those new flats at punggol, that`s why i choose it.

boon keng DBSS 5 rm already hit above 700K that time it was release

Kuku mah people, so expensive for an external contractor built 'condo style' 5 room they think its worth it or affordable. This signal to HDB that singaporean are rich enough to put down 500k and above for 4rm there, so our BT pricing should be based on the DBSS and mark down.

just went to see the 3D model of BL and MT. I've applied 3 rm, so only look at those blocks with 3rm. I initially wanted MT, but now having second thoughts now.. not sure you guys agree with me when you go there see. but these are what i've noticed.

Bendemeer Light
All of the blocks having the IDEAL north-south orientation, so no matter what block you choose, you will not get any afternoon Sun. The blocks are not as near to the road as what many people say. There are drop off points and MSCP as buffer to these roads. Theses blocks do not block and face each other, so you wont be peeked at by your neighbours everyday through your windows.

Mcnair Tower
I initially wanted 272, but after seeing the map carefully, there are future high rise residential development building at the north-east of it. so the heartland view will most likely be block. 240 as well, will also be blocked by future high-rise development in between the hospital and cityview. most of the blocks are blocked...

After seeing all these i really think Bendemeer Light really seems to be slightly better. What you guys think after seeing the model? My no. is 2x so i am not trying to use reverse psychology to persuade people to choose the others. I just hope to get more opinion on it. =)

In my opinion, for residence MT is a better choice (old people), while BT is more for investment (younger people). Is the model build to scale? Because I visit the BT site before, the land area is very small while MT site is big. I thought the BT's unit will be near to the carpark road and main road outside, plus pack near to each other.

BL Floor Plan is Lousy

Decided to choose BL after studying the location. But later i realize its floor plan is really really lousy. The dinning area is made just small enough to be so awkward... half of the dinning table will be seen from main door... no ideas where the designer put their brain... or maybe they just wanna differentiate MT (premium) and BL (standard) in such a way...

Bendemeer Light seems to be the biggest kick in the balls for the DBSS owners because of the city view.

There are also no studio apartments for the elderly in Bendemeer Light. I pass by an estate of 1-2 room HDB rental apartments everyday on my way to work. I guess I can imagine why there are so many protests from residents about building nursing homes right smack in their estates. Most probably due to concerns of declining property values.

*I have nothing against the elderly. I am just stating an observation.

Mcnair towers' main draw seems to the premium full length windows, that does not necessarily guarantee an unobstructed view.

The only reason for Mcnair towers' superiority is that it is that it is far from the nightspots at jalan besar and away from the main road? If you have a super good queue number anyway, you have the choice picks from either BL or MT.
