That one was created by a renovation company and he has created many other facebook page/group for other BTOs. So i guess his motive his pretty obvious.

I thought it's better to have a page that is administered by residents that stay in Keat Hong Pride itself. Besides, a facebook page is better able to present pictures than a group.

u can plan in advance. but im quite certain that juz like in life, the good units would be taken by those at the front of the queue.

so check the hdb website on the evening before your selection date. rank the available units according to what you want...so when u go in to choose, its easier.

Yup, found that many people join the groups you mentioned which I found almost all are not so well managed and the groups become dull and not lively. It's better to create page or group on your own and have the passion to make it a happening place to attract more people to the page or group.

Agreed. Just cannot see how a closed group owned by a commercial party can work. Even if wanna group buy at a later date also hard to organize cause the owner is a renovation company.

Best is to have a page own by residents.

Tried to join the closed group created by the contractor. But wasn't accepted but my wife was..

I'm not in that closed group, the owner is selective about who he accepts and did not approve me.

You should use another acct to get into that group. Then ask everyone there to move to your fb page.
